Construction process

1: Base surface treatment: polish the surface of the base until it is smooth, remove floating ash and oil, repair cracks and dry until the moisture content is less than 8%.

2: Undercoat construction: Apply special epoxy primer to enhance the adhesion between the substrate and polyurea layer.

3: hand-Applied Polyurea PS800A coating: manual scraping 2, each thickness of 0.8-1.2mm, total thickness ≥2mm, cover the base and embedded parts edge.
