Malaysia is located in the tropical climate zone, with high temperature and rain all the year round, and the rainy season is concentrated and the rainfall intensity is large, which puts forward extremely high requirements for the water resistance, weather resistance and service life of building materials.   The customer needed a superior roofing waterproof material and a high-performance waterproofing solution that would simplify the construction process.

In response to customer needs, we recommend the use of Polyaspartic polyurea PS8500 as the core waterproof material, its advantages accurately match project pain points:

Super waterproof and impermeable: dense molecular structure can completely isolate water penetration;

Extreme environment tolerance: stable performance in the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, anti-ultraviolet aging ability up to the highest ASTM standard;

Long service life: the service life is more than 15 years after accelerated aging test, greatly reducing maintenance costs;

Flexible construction adaptation: Support manual roll coating/brush coating.
