Systems and Compatibility:

Consult your Sunrui Representative for the systems best suited for the surfaces to be protected.

Surface Preparation:

High pressure fresh water wash or fresh water wash, as appropriate, and remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants and other foreign matter in accordance with SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning. All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination.

Newbuilding:

725-WB43-55 should be applied over a recommended primer coating scheme. The primer surface should be clean, dry and free from contamination.725- WB43-55 must be applied within the coating interval specified (consult the relevant product data sheet). Areas of breakdown, damage etc. should be prepared to the specified standard (eg. St3) and primed prior to the application of 725-WB43-55.

Repair/On Board Maintenance:

725-WB43-55 should be applied over a recommended primer coating scheme. The primer surface should be clean, dry and free from contamination.725- WB43-55 must be applied within the coating interval specified (consult the relevant product data sheet). Areas of breakdown, damage etc. should be prepared to the specified standard (eg. St3) and primed prior to the application of 725-WB43-55.

725-WB43-55 may be applied directly over aged 725-WB43-55 following thorough fresh water washing and degreasing provided the coating to be overcoated is in an intact and tightly adherent condition. Loose or flaking coatings should be removed back to a firm edge and 725-WB43-55 or an appropriate primer should be used to repair the area before application of the full coat.

Limitations:

1)The suitable temperature for applying 725-WB43-55 is 5--35℃.

2)Apply in good weather. Temperature of the surface to be coated must be least 3℃ above the dew point when the humidity is lower than 85%.

3)It must be ventilate above 8h at pool ventilation area.

4) The dry time and overcoating interval may change according to the environment factors.

5)Forbid to trample or pollute the surface of 725-WB43-55 and coat the next paint before the film is hard dry.
