Job description
Answering phone calls,dealing with delivery issues(accepting and sending goods),working with local suppliers
Sourcing for new suppliers and goods
Handling everyday office needs

Skills needed
Englishmost know how to speak and communicate in English
Office software-most know how to handle WORD,EXCEL-high level
Previous experience with sourcing-advantage
Willing to work hard and get more assignments
Very efficient,Hard worker and fast learning person

The job working hours are 9:30-18:00.

1.Monitor,update and follow up the order status

2.Handle daily administration including enquiries phone-call,
emails processing,commercial documents mangements

3.Classify,send or receive shipping samples and check commodity stocks

4.Business trip to inspect factory production processing or to learn the quality control

5.Other tasks assigned by General Manager
